Keep quiet now, dont speak so loud.
Dont you whisper, dont make a sound.
She places a hand over her mouth.
Eyes closed tight, her secrets she hides.
Candle flame flickers, wind blows through.
It touches no one, shes not around.
Youll find her walking, not saying a word.
Her head she holds down, smiles they fade.
Captivating scarlet caught in her blade.
Fingers were crossed when they spoke the truth.
Lies they were told, aging from youth.
Ashes to ashes, only she falls down.
Crossing her heart, she hopes she is dying.
A ring around her scars and a pocket full of hate.
Breathtaking silence as she awaits on stage.
Everyone watches while she takes her place.
The others form mirrors, she stares and weeps.
Insecurity is merciless playing its role.
Reflection tells of hurts and pains.
Things she remembers and things she hates.
She used to be a child, innocent and free.
Now her eyes reflect of a painful past.
Its been taking its toll, lying in wait.
For a perfect time to cast down its hate.
She screams for closure, and dies for new life.
As shes writhing in pain, seeing the blood.
Tonight is her last, shes saying goodbye.
But she talks to no one, tears in her eyes.
Her mouth was sewn shut, her eyes remain closed.
She stays quiet now.
And she'll never make a sound.
